Joel Thomas serves as the Vice President of Development at Community Energy. Joel has led the company’s competitive electric division as well as the community solar division, culminating in the company’s ownership of four community solar projects. In addition to his role at Community Energy, Joel is a performer and instructor at the Philly Improv Theater in Philadelphia, PA.
